Nafije Gashi Ademi started her professional experience in construction and energy engineering  15 years ago. Nafije Gashi Ademi in 2004 started her own company for design and later supervision of works and energy efficiency consultancy. She has been  company's manager from 2004 till now. Currently, Nafije is working as construction expert on various projects, which are aimed at to increase energy efficiency in buildings and the energy sector, focusing on both the analysis of buildings state of condition, design and supervision of works.

Nafije Gashi Ademi has been working intensively to achieve that energy efficiency programs in Kosovan buildings would be successfully developed and implemented, so she worked closely with the donors organizations, evaluating and implementing energy efficiency projects.

Mr.sc. Kadrush Latifi is graduated architect with a master degree in architecture . He is an expert on building performance related issues with working experience more than 10 years in EE and with different highly acknowledged institutions. His expertise was namely regarding building materials, building energy performance, renovations and complete new designs for both public and private institutions. He has been project manager in numerous projects and was main contact point between engineers and Client. Energy efficiency and supervision of implementation works are his field of expertise.
